Appeals Information

If you apply to Holy Cross Catholic Primary School and are unsuccessful in acquiring a place for your child you are able to appeal the decision. Grounds for appeal include maladministration, this is if you have reason to believe that the application process was not carried out correctly and had it been then your child would have acquired a place.

Appeals for 2022

The deadline for appeals this year is 4.00pm on Wednesday 18th May. Appeal forms can be collected from the School Office. The form should be returned to school, along with any supporting documents.

This year appeals will be held via a Zoom meeting at the beginning of July 2022.
