Oscar Romero Award
On Wednesday I had the privilege of accompanying the GIFT team (Growing In Faith Together) to St George’s Cathedral where we were presented the Oscar Romero Participator Level Award. It was a wonderful occasion with many other Schools from across the Diocese who had also demonstrated how they apply the Catholic Social Teachings in their Schools. It was a wonderful Mass led by Archbishop John Wilson, who spoke beautifully about St Oscar Romero.
